Louise Taylor

Join us on Wednesday, October 19 at 7:00 p.m. as we welcome Tamworth writer and poet Louise Taylor, who has recently published a memoir, Nantucket Sleighride. Louise will discuss writing her newest book, and how she discovered the balance between privacy and truth telling that worked for her memoir.

Louise is the coauthor of Dogs and Their Women, Cats and Their Women, Horses and Their Women, and Woman’s Best Friend: A Celebration of Dogs and Their Women. In 2009 she independently published a collection of poems, Stones on All Four Corners. Her poem “Tamworth Winter” was included in the Poetry Society of New Hampshire’s “2010 Guide to New Hampshire Poets: More Places, More Poets.” Louise holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Goddard and an M.Ed. from Antioch.

This program is free and open to the public. Copies of Louise Taylor’s books will be available for sale and signing.
