In a little over a month, 10 patrons have seen Netflix films. To keep the queue moving, it's important that people who reserve Netflix titles come right in to take them home when they get the phone call. And bring them right back. We only wait two or three days for someone to come in for their DVD after they've been notified that it is on reserve. Then, the title gets put back on the queue at the end of the line.
