Book Discussion: Maisie Dobbs
On December 9th at 7:00 p.m., Patti Rau will lead a discussion of Maisie Dobbs by Jacqueline Winspear – “a quirky literary creation…a romance, a tale of terror[and] a historical novel.” Maisie Dobbs has been called “ the ‘British Counterpart’ to Alexander McCall Smith’s “The No. 1 Ladies’
Detective Agency” series.
Book Discussion: The Ginger Tree
On November 17th at 7:00 p.m., Linda DeMaio will lead a discussion of The Ginger Tree by Oswald Wynd –an “evocative, bittersweet story of love and betrayal that spans more than forty tumultuous years in the Far East – including two world wars and the cataclysmic Tokyo earthquake of 1923.”

Come one, come all to Cook Memorial Library’s Annual Open House, 6:00 – 8:00 pm on Wednesday, December 16th. Please bring something for potluck if you can, but come anyhow if you can’t. Potluck Singers will entertain at 7:00 p.m.

Amy and Marion will lead a Night Time Story Time on Wednesday evening, November 18th at 6:30pm.

Babysitters' Training Workshop
Babysitter’s Training class is on Saturday, October 24th from 9-4 This is for kids ages 11-15 and the cost is $45 per child.
