Join us on Wednesday, October 21st at 7:00 for the third in a 3-part series on home funerals and green burial.  Julie Lanoie of NH Funeral Resources, Education & Advocacy and Lee Webster of the Green Burial Council will screen the film Steelmantown, and lead a discussion on the possibilities for green burial in New Hampshire.

The beautifully scored 40-minute film relates the story of Green Burial Council President Ed Bixby’s journey through the acquisition and restoration of the cemetery in New Jersey where his infant brother had been buried, taking it from abandonment to one of the top green burial cemeteries in the country. Learn about the different types of green burial grounds and share your thoughts and questions with others in your community.
