plant saleSpring is here, and your garden is waking up. As you get to work in your garden, please remember to pot up your extra garden perennials, label them and donate them for the plant sale. If possible, potting the plants by mid-May gives them a chance to adjust to their new environment before the sale.

The plant sale will take place on June 4, 2016 at the Cook Library, organized and run by volunteers from Carroll Country Altrusa and Friends of the Cook Memorial Library. The Friends’ monthly book sale will be held the same day, and there will be calendar raffle tickets for sale with chances to win a prize every day in June. Proceeds from the plant sale and raffle will help support both organizations.
