It’s great to see our new roof project underway. The roofing crew arrived on August 21 (eclipse day) and spent this week stripping the old roof and getting underlayment in place. They’ll be back to continue on Monday. The new roof will be a standing seam (double rolled) metal roof in charcoal gray. It should take another three weeks to install. It’s a little noisier at the library with the work overhead. We will all be so glad to see the new roof in place, and one that will last for a good long time.
