Conservation Officer James Benvenuti & K9 Cora from the NH Fish and Game Department will come talk about and demonstrate how they work together at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, January 24th.
Conservation Officer Benvenuti grew up in Newmarket NH and went to school at Unity College in Maine, with a major in Conservation Law Enforcement. He was hired by NH Fish and Game in June 2011. He is a K9 Handler, a Field Training Officer, and a member of the Dive team. CO Benvenuti and Cora began training together in September of 2016 and passed certifications in August of 2017. K9 Cora is a 1 1/2 year old, female black lab, certified in tracking, search and rescue, evidence detection and fish and wildlife detection.
