SCHEDULE UPDATE: the weekly program will begin on Wed., May 11 and end on June 15.

Let’s motivate each other! This is a six-week goal setting series where we will learn about nutrition and physical activity. Everyone can choose a physical fitness option that works for them.

Wednesdays, May 4 through June 8, 6:30-7:30 PM at the Cook Memorial Library

  • May 11 – Make room for fitness – Pack a snack: Granola bars
  • May 18 – Eat a variety of food groups – Pack a snack: MyPlate trail mix
  • May 25 – Understanding added sugars – Pack a snack: Peanut butter roll ups
  • June 1 – Increase fruits and veggies – Pack a snack: Homemade hummus and veggies
  • June 8 – Eat more whole grains – Pack a snack: Oatmeal options
  • June 15 – Shop for health – Pack a snack: Yogurt parfait
