Dungeons & Dragons, Mon 12/2, 6:00-8:00 PM: This is a new game starting for adults (18+) who will play once a month on the first Monday at the library. Come join for this character building session to get started. There is room for 2-3 more players.
Outdoor nature-based storytime, Tues at 10:30 AM with a note from Polly “You may be wondering how we do story time when there is snow on the ground. The answer is with lots of warm clothes, quickly moving stories, active songs and lots of play! Oh, and a nice little fire for warming hands – little and big.”

Dipping into Discomfort, a discussion with Polly Mahoney, Tues 12/3 at 6:30 PM at the library: Polly Mahoney’s experiences with cold water immersion surprised her as she realized that she was becoming more at ease with myriad types of discomfort. Join Polly for a discussion of mental and emotional practices which can allow us to be with hardships without having to put a toe in the water.
“Murder and Mayhem: True Crime in New Hampshire, 1883-1915”, Wed 12/4, 6:30 PM at the library: Milli Knudsen, author of the new book of the same title will give an illustrated talk about some of the historical cases she researched for her book. Copies of the book will be available for sale after the presentation.
