You may always contact us in person, or by phone or email to renew or reserve library materials.

To do these things yourself using your online library account, follow these directions:

Find our catalog online at With this catalog, you will also be able to see and request materials from our library as well as the three other libraries that are part of the Northern NH Library Cooperative: Conway Public Library, Jackson, Public Library, and Madison Library. You will need your library card to log in.

Your Login is your 14-digit library card number, found under the barcode on the back of your library card. Enter the 14 digits with no spaces.

Ask us for a temporary password before you log in to your library account for the first time. Enter this temporary password to log in. Once you’ve logged in, you may change your password to whatever you like.

To renew, go to the catalog and log in to your account as described above. Using the menu at top right, select “My Account”  where you will see what you’ve got checked out. Note that our system is set up to autorenew twice in most cases. As long as no one has placed a hold on an item you have checked out, you will see the due date and also the date when an autorenewal is scheduled. If you need to renew a third time, please contact us. If a title is on hold for another person, you will not be able to renew.

To place a hold (reserve), search the library catalog for the title you would like to reserve, check the box, and click on ‘Place hold’. We will notify you when your holds have come in.

Troubleshooting: Occasionally people who use the online catalog have trouble logging in. Clearing your internet browser’s cache helps solve this problem. Ask us how.
