You may always contact us in person, or by phone or email to renew or reserve library materials.
To do these things yourself using your online library account, follow these directions:
Find our catalog online at https://nnhlc.bywatersolutions.com/. We share a catalog with Madison and Jackson Public Libraries, called Northern NH Library Cooperative. You will need your library card to log in.
Your Login is your 14-digit library card number, found under the barcode on the back of your library card. Enter the 14 digits with no spaces.
Ask us for a temporary password before you log in to your library account for the first time. Enter this temporary password to log in. Once you’ve logged in, you may change your password to whatever you like.
To renew, go to the catalog and log in to your account as described above. Check the box next to ‘Renew’ for each item, then click ‘Renew Selected’. You have two renewals available. If you need to renew a third time, please contact us. If a title is on hold for another person, you will not be able to renew.
To place a hold (reserve), search the library catalog for the title you would like to reserve, check the box, and click on ‘Place hold’. We will notify you when your holds have come in.
Troubleshooting: Occasionally people who use the online catalog have trouble logging in. Clearing your internet browser’s cache helps solve this problem. Ask us how.
