Music on the Lawn

These outdoor performances are supported by a grant from The Tamworth Foundation!

The sound system used for some of the concerts in these summer series was purchased by the Cook Memorial Library with funds made available by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the New Hampshire State Library through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

Riverside Serenades 2021*

Performances in the open air, July, August, & September Saturdays from 4:00 to 5:00 PM. On the lawn behind Cook Memorial Library. Bring your own chair or blanket. Your freewill donations will support these local musicians. We will cancel if it’s raining.

September 4 – White Mountain Ceili Band – Music from Cape Breton, Ireland, & Scotland
September 11 – Kate Vachon & Chris Nourse – Duets for flute & violin
September 18 – Opera On Tap – Opera’s greatest hits
September 25 – Traditional Tamworth – Tamworth tune gathering
