If you use Libby on a phone or tablet, or your Kindle to check out ebooks, audiobooks, or magazines with your library card, or stream movies through Kanopy, beginning on October 5, 2026 you will be required to use a password, not just your library card number, to checkout. We’ll have detailed instructions soon here on the library’s website on how to login to your library account to set up or reset your password. You may also stop in the library and ask a library staff member to help you. This change has been mandated by Overdrive, the company that hosts the NH Downloadable Books collection and Kanopy.
