Community Dancing for Young Children, Sats, 4/5 & 4/19, 5/3 & 5/17, 10:30-11:45 AM. Welcoming children (ages 3+) with their caregivers to join hands, dance to live music and sing! Jennifer McHone Villalobos, caller & fiddler, with musicians from the Trad Dance Band. This program series is funded by the Friends of Cook Memorial Library and The Yeoman’s Fund for the Arts.
“Loving Vincent” film showing and art activity, rescheduled to this Sat 4/5, 1:00-3:00 PM at the library: Arts Council of Tamworth presents a free screening of Loving Vincent, a beautiful film about the life and death of painter Vincent van Gogh that was animated entirely through oil paintings. Included with the film will be free snacks and a “Make-Your-Own-van-Gogh” watercolor activity. The film is rated PG-13.
