The IRS provides Cook Memorial Library with a limited number of tax forms to distribute to the public. The IRS provides tax forms and instructions for individuals to download and print out on its website, irs.gov.
If we do not have the form you need, we will print you a copy of any tax form you may need for no charge. We cannot print instruction booklets out for free, since they are quite lengthy. You can order tax forms and instruction booklets for mail delivery by calling the IRS at 1-800-TAX-FORM (1-800-829-3676).
The New Hampshire Department of Revenue no longer provides libraries in NH with a set of current NH Tax Forms. NH tax forms can be found online at https://www.revenue.nh.gov/forms/index.htm.
