Four to five times a year, we hold reading club programs for kids. At these programs, we play word games, talk about books, eat pizza and have fun!
The next series of reading clubs will be held in January 2026:
- Wild Scientist Book Club, for kids age 8 and up, meets February 10 at 4:00 PM. The book this time is Owling: Enter the World of Mysterious Birds of the Night by Mark Wilson. After a discussion we will do owl-related science. Led by Amy and Dexter, who can’t wait to discover with you!
- Bookworms for kids age 5 to 9, next date and title to be announced
- Bibliomaniacs for kids 10 and up, next date and title to be announced
Copies of the book can be picked up three weeks or so before the reading club meeting. Sign up at the library when you pick up your books. Email Amy Carter at amy@tamworthlibrary.org for more information or to be put on the email list.
